Farewell Mrs T!
At the end of term, we sad a sad farewell to Mrs Thompson, our Executive Headteacher and CEO of the Trust. After a teaching career or 37 years, 31 spent at Benedict Biscop, we know that Mrs Thompson will be hugely missed. We look forward to hearing all about Mrs Thompson’s travels as she jet sets off around the globe – no doubt sending us a postcard to let us know how she is getting on. We do hope that it won’t be too long till we see her again, and hope that she will join us for the end of term Year 6 leavers presentation.
Mrs Armstrong will continue to look after the school in her role as Headteacher, and we are pleased to announce that Mrs Clark has now been made Deputy Headteacher.
We also say a farewell this term to Mrs Crane and Mrs Ferguson. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we have some exciting baby news from Mrs Ferguson and Miss Gamblin!
